We offer three ways to meet families where they are: virtually from the comfort of your home, at Gigi’s campus in a structured and managed environment, or through premium in-home sessions within our service area. Each setting is chosen intentionally based on your dog’s needs, your goals, and where meaningful progress can happen most effectively — always guided by thoughtful coaching and our Judgment Free approach.
All new clients begin with a virtual initial consultation to allow for full history gathering and comprehensive behavior assessment. During this extended session, we’ll clarify goals, establish safety and management strategies, and begin outlining your behavior modification plan.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a written summary that includes recommendations, resources, and a clear plan forward — including guidance on the expected number of follow-up sessions.
This is where you will see your pet’s behavior change come to life. Sessions can be scheduled as in person or virtual visits where the focus will be real-time coaching and guided implementation of your behavior plan. Adjustments are made as progress unfolds and goals evolve.
